Our prices are carefully determined based on the size, design, craftsmanship, materials, and level of detail of each product.
All prices displayed on our website are for the standard sizes and specifications mentioned on each product page.
For custom sizes, designs, or special requests, the final price may vary depending on the requested specifications. Custom orders will be quoted separately and confirmed with the customer before production begins.
Custom Orders | الطلبات الخاصة
Custom-sized products are available in the following sizes:
18, 20, 22, 25, 30, 35, 40, 50, 55, and 60 cm.
Custom orders require prior agreement on the specifications and final price, followed by full advance payment before production begins.
Because custom-made products are produced specifically according to the customer's request, they are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to update product prices at any time due to changes in raw material costs, craftsmanship, production costs, or other factors.
Any price change will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

تتطلب الطلبات الخاصة الاتفاق المسبق على المواصفات والسعر النهائي، ثم دفع قيمة الطلب بالكامل مقدمًا قبل بدء التصنيع.
ونظرًا لأن المنتجات الخاصة يتم تصنيعها خصيصًا وفقًا لطلب العميل، فإنها تخضع إلى سياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد الخاصة بالمتجر.
تغيير الأسعار:
نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل أسعار المنتجات في أي وقت وفقًا للتغيرات في أسعار الخامات، وتكاليف التصنيع، والحرفية، أو أي تكاليف أخرى مرتبطة بالإنتاج.

Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping
